The peahen that has been in my neighborhood for almost a year now was back today. Here she sits on the fence 10 feet out my back door.

I couldn't decide which photo to use today since Olivia had so much fun with her BFFs. Easter egg hunt, Easter egg dying, playing outside, Minecraft, pillow fights, tons of giggling....yeah, it was a GREAT day!!! :)

Man, she sure has the energy. She's been keeping me busy from the moment my feet hit the floor this morning until she went to bed just now. She so badly wants to play outside. This is just before a downpour that has been going on most of the day. We had to get the sit down scooter than you can drive out though. So fun!! :)

I love taking photos of Olivia sleeping. She crashed tonight in only 20 minutes and didn't want me to me to lay down with her. It was a FULL day of travel and airports. I'm ecstatic that she's here! I love my Livvy!! :)

So I just can't keep up with one picture every day. I want to but when I fall behind I start to feel bad. I won't beat myself up over it and have decided to post the date the pic was taken instead of what # day we are on. Sometimes I will be more consistent and sometimes not. Just how our busy lives work. I was home yesterday and made cookies for the kiddos.

Went to a surprise bridal shower at a fancy upscale restaurant called "The Tea House". Tea was actually served out of tea pots and there was China décor all over the restaurant. We got the back room, sat at the table in the back left, and they actually had a wedding dress hanging on the emergency exit door for ambiance. Apparently this room, which four picnic type tables and white picket fence backs, gets reserved specifically for bridal showers.

Went to the funeral of a coworker today. Her death was sudden and unexpected. The 2nd person from my work that has died in the last couple of months. After today...no more pictures of hearses or tombstones for a while. Today is the 1st day of Spring. THAT is what I want to focus on.

Look who's out and about in my neighborhood again today. She's been around daily since May of last year. Just her. No mate. Someone must be feeding her but I know the neighbors are sick of giant sized peahen droppings on the car, myself included, and scratches on the car so I've been parking in the garage now.

Witnessed a roll over accident today from a Mother that was trying to please her toddler by changing the DVD in the DVD player. Wow! I hope to never witness anything like this again!!

March is a difficult month. We all felt the sting of winter here in Wisconsin. We just want the bad weather to be over. It's normal to feel bored or sluggish.
