Carol's post of the smoke stacks inspired me to get out and stop moping around.  So, off we went to the Manatee Viewing Center, which is free and right across from  TECO Tampa Electric where, in the winter, you can see up to 50 manatees at a time in the water.  If you look in the center of the water and a little left (which is the Tampa Bay) you can see what looks like little rocks.  Those are manatee heads.  We did see some, also, on the nature trail of which I got photos of their little snouts and flippers.  So cool!!
